DR. RICHARD FERGUSON

2023 Cameron Russell Williams

Impact Award Recipient

The third annual Living Color Gala CRW Impact Alliance Award was given to Dr. Ferguson, Founder of Black Physicians of Utah. The award is presented to individuals working toward a more equitable and inclusive future in Utah. Richard is dedicated to mentoring and supporting Black Physicians in addition to his leadership responsibility with the Utah Hospital network. Richard's tireless efforts have a tremendous impact on the physical and mental health needs of the community.

CRW Impact Alliance Sponsors Utah Black Chamber’s Inaugural Black Wealth Conference

The CRW Impact Alliance sponsored 10 community members selected by the Utah Black Chamber to attend the Utah Black Chamber's inaugural Black Wealth Conference. As a groundbreaking event aimed at empowering and uplifting the Black community in Utah, the Alliance mission to elevate mindsets and tax brackets perfectly aligns with the goals of this conference, making it a natural partnership.

Rising Impact Award Recipient

Boggs was awarded the second annual CRW Rising Star Award for his contributions as a philanthropist, custom suit designer, and thought leader. Additionally, the CRW Alliance sponsored 20 underrepresented Business Leaders to attend the One Utah Summit, providing access to network with the state’s top-level business, community, and civic leaders.

Legacy Scholarship Recipient

The endowed CRW Legacy Scholarship through David Eccles School of Business at theUniversity of Utah is gifted annually to underrepresented students at the Lassonde Entrepreneur Instituteinterested in technology and business. The scholarship seeks to create a more diverse and inclusive pipeline of aspiring, talented leaders in Utah.

GLADYMIR PHILIPPE

2022 Cameron Russell Williams

Rising Impact Award Recipient

On May 10, 2022, Governor Spencer Cox alongside Cameron’s twin sister, Morgan Russell Williams, awarded the first annual Cameron Russell Williams Rising Star Award to Utah entrepreneur Gladymir Philippe, founder of Kado. Selected for his contributions as a pioneer, innovator, and thought leader, Gladymir developed the technology to help college students get the opportunities and key leadership projects they need to make them more marketable for career positions.
